-am a lover of good company, good food, good wine, good music..all good things, really. Well, except maybe shellfish.
-can bring something to your life, and you to mine- whether it's a laugh, a breakfast, a different perspective, a pillow, or something equally or more excellent
-intend to see the world
-believe that it is my responsibility to help make the world a better place

Yoga- All is one! I believe that everyone and everything is connected and that we almost always have more in common with each other than we realize. Live, give, love.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Many great experiences. I stayed with some awesome people while in Fredericton, and also in Guatemala. Since then I have hosted a wonderful, diverse bunch of folks and look forward to growing this connection with others locally and from away.

Health and happiness (physical, mental, emotional)...I love meeting new people and love being from Nova Scotia. I frequently enjoy being outdoors, yoga, dance, sleep, coffee, laughing, humanity, meditation, cooking (although I am somewhat of a novice), pubs (and the grub, grog and friends I find there), living with integrity

I like 'em. Funny, soul and funky, romantic, classic, honest, spooky, smart, bongos, banjos, Marley, Cohen, Matt Mays, Pink Floyd, reggae, silly, suspenseful, groovy, sexy. As far as music goes, I will listen to and probably enjoy just about anything that isn't too angry.
Movies.. Old faves include Shawshank Redemption, Magnolia, Instinct, Jesus Christ Superstar (and most musicals, to be honest), lots more I can't think of. Books, yes.
