ABOUT ME

My husband Ken and I are living in the south of France, having moved here some time ago from Tucson, Arizona, in the US. We are in the early planning stages of a visit to get the know the Basilicata region of Italy.

My husband is a recently retired minister, but since his training is in counseling psychology, he chose to focus his career on being a hospice chaplain. Here is his website:

I am an artist, and I also teach classes and facilitate women's personal growth groups -- all done virtually, using online technology and via conference call. It's wonderful since it means I can live/travel/work anywhere, as long as I have a solid internet connection!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Claire:
Sailed transatlantic on the Queen Mary. Lived in Chiapas, Mexico. Married the man of my dreams.

Ken:
Was raised Amish in a small agrarian community in rural Illinois. Dodged the Vietnam draft and lived on a farm in rural Cyprus. Helped people and their families learn how to accept the gifts of conscious dying while working as a hospice chaplain.
