ABOUT ME

I love the crazy things in life. I love music and that strange thing it does to your body (I've heard several people call it dancing...)

I appreciate nature, not solely for what it has to offer us, but for what it is in general: a complex system that has its checks and balances that keeps it cycling and the rigidity of it to change unless something significant affects it *cough* us *cough*. I play the piano and can play for you if you have one and let me stay on your couch!

At the moment I'm employed for a wonderful company called Body in Balance Physical Therapy. I have never had such generous, kind, and loving employers. I am planning my bicycle trip this summer starting June 22nd.

I will have a drink, but I won't take a puff or any other drugs, but if you do, no problemo.

PHILOSOPHY

My choice in life is to live a life of servitude. Not a life of slavery, but to use my privilege of being an American with money to help others. I can acknowledge my faults and shortcomings in terms of education, time spent with family, and time wasted by being idle, but I now know that I want to live my life helping others to a full, and beyond, capacity that I'm capable of doing. I am a Christ-follower and I have a lot to learn.

Anyone that I run into that enjoys traveling in leisure and not as an escape, I let them know about this service. Everyone that I know could truly appreciate what this community is doing for each other and I think the community would enjoy meeting my friends.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Hoping to pick up some experience this summer with my bicycle journey for charity. Interests

I'm fascinated by communication and the numerous ways that we do it. Lately it's become very high tech and has lost a few elements involved, however, there are elements added to texting that you don't quite get from a conversation, and vice versa. I enjoy talking to an effective communicator, because I take mental notes on what's making them so interesting. Is it the content, voice inflection, timing, ability to string one concept or thought with something else, are they positive or negative; I mean, there are so many different parts of speech that one can really use as a tool to communicate better.
