About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Peace, love and going slow...

ABOUT ME

We are Mauro and Sara, a couple from Reggio Emilia. We are quiet and easy-going people who love to share with people time, life, joys, pains, food, wine.

PHILOSOPHY

Being curious about and respectful for the world, ourselves and the others...

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

We like to be hospital with people coming to visit our land and therefore welcome guests all the times we can, even if just for a beer or a coffee. We choose CS as a way of travelling when possible, in order to see places with different eyes.
We meet from time to time with other CS hosts from Reggio Emilia.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

We both had a few experiences both as hosts and as guests around the world.

Interests

Mauro is a dedicated reader and can read almost any type of book. He likes to train sports: ski - alpin/ ski, mountain bike, running, swimming like a fish and Sara is passionate about ballet, even if she does not train it!
We both love travelling, especially we love being in contact with nature, we like to laugh, share time with friends.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Visiting stunning countries (Canada is the favourite one probably), but the best travel will be the next one.
Visiting Europe by bike and on foot is an amazing thing that you can do at no carbon emissions.

Teach, Learn, Share

If you come to our place we can teach you how to cook a real erbazzone reggiano!

Cabo Verde, Canada, Cuba, Czech Republic, Denmark, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Liechtenstein, Mexico, Namibia, Netherlands, Peru, Romania, Spain, Switzerland, Tunisia, United Kingdom, United States
