My name is Ted. Based in the south of Amsterdam at the moment. Living in a shared apartment with my awesome roomie Allan. I've had an account for a few years already but decided today to start taking in some people. I'm not so much into drinking or partying anymore so a nice cup of tea is what we'll be sharing;)

I like the idea of giving people you don't know a place to stay. To give the backpackers that are on a shoestring a place on my couch and help them to have a nice experience of Amsterdam. To contribute to their wellbeing with some positive vibrations. Above all, I want to host people to contribute to the collective feeling of global unity.

My interests have gradually but dramatically changed the last four years. After a combination of a vipassana retreat and reading Eckhard tolle I experienced an spiritual awakening which has been developing ever since. With my consciousness reaching new levels of understanding I feel so grateful for my life at the moment. For the love, insight and awareness that are present. And it's getting better and better..
At the moment I'm starting to discover 'the law of attraction or the secret' in my own life. When i first heard of this i was a bit apprehensive and a bit skeptical but numerous events start to direct to the existence of this law. Creating your outer reality by focussing on your inner reality. Inspiring people in this topic are Eckhart Tolle and Abraham Hicks.
