My experience with couchsurfing has been an evolution. I joined first to attend events here in the city. Then I traveled across the US last summer and experienced staying with other people and I was kind of blown away by how great people were and how they opened up their homes and went out of their way to help make me comfortable for the night. This is such a contagious thing, you definitely want to pay it forward.

I love to cook international (vegetarian) food so if you haven't tried that and you imagine vegetarian food as a pile of lettuce, I would be happy to cook for you!
