ABOUT ME
Hey there!
I'm an Egyptian just graduated from Sustainable Energy Technology (SET) at TU Delft. I'm 29 and this is my fifth year here in the Netherlands. At the beginning I had some sort of a cultural shock coming from a city of 18 million people, for me Delft is as big as my neighborhood back in Cairo, but after some time I got used to it, I even started to like the idea of living in a small city. Now I got a job in Eindhoven so I'll be living there for a while.
I like meeting new people from different backgrounds and cultures, having random conversations and seeing different perspectives. But as much as I like socializing, I sometimes need my alone time, for me this is essential.
I also like cooking, reading, horseback riding and, of course, partying. But for me, what tops all of that is enjoying an ice cold beer on a warm day on the beach.
Cheers!
