On the verge of my first longer travels after many years. Back then an avid member of couchsurfing, and curious to see how it has developed.

Now working as a developer in sustainable mobility research, I graduated in an environmental masters program that led me to India for my thesis where I participated in a project led by an Indian NGO that dealt with approaches to improve the access to clean and affordable water for the urban poor with a focus on the situation of women.

I'm passionate about music, play the piano and the guitar and also write music when I have inspiration. I'm also into movies that have interesting stories to tell and pull you in with interesting visuals and music.
In summer you can also find me playing beachvolleyball with friends as often as possible.

I met some of the most inspiring persons through couchsurfing and made some long lasting friendships, the very basic idea of mutual trust and exchange has been very appealing to me.
