ABOUT ME

Cooking is my life. I also love playing guitar while cooking. I'm learning to longboard and have an unholy obsession with tea and zombie movies either separate or together. I think acceptance is the key to life and love meeting new people.

PHILOSOPHY

I'm pretty open. I think that arguments stem from a lack of respect for another's view point so seeing as everyone deserves to be heard, I'm not a big fan of arguments. If organized religion had to be chosen, then Sikhism would be my way.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I want to open up safe and cheap places to stay. I know what its like traveling around and not knowing where your roof or meal is going to come from or even if your going to meet interesting and generous people. I love meeting chill people and hope to make the fantastic experience of world traveling safer and easier.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Its hard to pick a moment but one point in my life where I was seeing for the first time again, as if I had just been born was when I was scuba diving off Indonesia and I saw out of the corner of my eye this HUGE grey thing swim by me about, ten feet underneath. It was a reef shark and for the first time in my life I was in the presence of something so powerful, that could rip me to shreds but made the decision not to.

Teach, Learn, Share

I can teach really good cooking both vegetarian and omivorious, though I'd love to learn some good veggie cooking because I'm just starting out. I can probably give you a few pointers on Indonesian. I can also give you the run down on scuba diving techniques and anything you want to know about coffee or tea making.
