Travel by bicycle or rucksack, also during big cities to feel the whole spirit of a countrys culture.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I started with couchsurfing during a bicycle-tour in the Turkey in 2011.
I'd been hosted and met people in Ankara and Istanbul, but didn't always changed preferences...however, there were only nice persons on my way :D

music: a lot ,for example Reggae, some Hip Hop, Indie,some Electronica, Drum'n'Bass...but only for dancing, West-African musics (Mbalax), Balkan Beats, 'worldmusic'...

really nice interpreters: Lhasa de Sela, Hindi Zahra, Ursula Rucker, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Beastie Boys (MCA just died..sad), Nirvana

books: The Story Of My Experiments With Truth, The Legacy Of Luna, Leviathan...and : I believe - espacially in Germany - there are lots of really good created audio-stories with different speakers(like them a lot, have many of them)
