Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I really like to meet people and spend my time with them. Plus I'd love to learn new languages although it's not much but might help my general awareness. In addition to that, culture is something that I really look forward to. Different people own different culture and so I'd love to learn therefore I can appreciate more.
Loads of online travel agents/partners give out unnecessary places to go to, which brings immediate impact to our initial budgets, and not to mention that most of time, places that they recommend are quite sluggish. I'd rather explore places that are not too mainstream yet amusing! :)
