Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I think it's an absolutely great way to really get to know the countries you're visiting, and not just their "tourist side". Both as a surfer and as as host, you meet people to share your culture and stories with, and it's a fantastic way to travel and to have some feeling of travel even when you're at home, just by hosting someone from a different country. Although, unfortunately so far I didn't host anyone because Bamberg doesn't seem to be that much of a travel destination. It should, however, because it's a beautiful city, and I promise that it's worth visiting it!
