ABOUT ME

I am a recently separated, soon to be divorced thirty something living in Hot Springs, NC. I am a hard worker above all else. I like to have fun, but mostly I love to stay home and surf the internet, play games, and doodle around on facebook. Sometimes I have time for art, which was my first love before there was such a thing as publicly available internet. I am an introvert, but I love to meet new people and hear their stories.
I used to hitchhike, couchsurf, and squat all over the continental 48. So hosting world travelers will really be a lot of fun for me. I toy with the idea of writing a novel about my experience. Maybe I can inspire you to do the same?

Une aventure extraordinaire que j'ai vécue

The most amazing place I have ever been is highway 1 through Big Sur in California. It combines some of my favorite things, incredible vistas of both mountains and sea, wilderness areas, big trees, kitchy tourist traps, and a perfect road to drive. I hitched it three times, and drove it twice. I would love to get back out there and drive it again. Maybe one day...
