I moved to Chicago in February 2011, and during the summertime I love it. I enjoy riding my bike and flying kites. I am polyamorous. When I grow up, I want to be a midwife.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I attend various events in Chicago. With things settling in after a move, I am now hoping to begin hosting again with some regularity.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

So far, I have really only been able to host a handful of times and occasionally meet up with surfers for coffee. Couch Crash Chicago is the best weekend ever.

Intereses

Puzzles, hedgehogs, walking long distances, learning to cook, Greyhounding (seriously.), smiling at strangers, people watching, conversation, inventing detailed stories about passersby.

Música, películas y libros

I like to read everything from biographies to science fiction. Most recent top-picks being The Long Walk to Freedom, Great Expectations, Methland, Infidel, Stone Butch Blues, and Interview with a Vampire.For music, I listen to whatever is on. I like many independent and foreign films, especially those in Spanish because they help me learn.

I shaved my head once.. in winter, that was cold. I've been skydiving.. that was pretty cool. I more or less lived on a greyhound bus for about 2 months of traveling.
