I'm a retired science teacher from southern MD who lives along the Chesapeake Bay. I have sailed my own boat for 8 years to 23 countries living in each one, but ended in Thailand. I am still sailing other owners' boats as a traveling past time. I live in Maryland now only an hour from BWI and 2 hours from IAD, WAS airports. An hour south of Washington DC
