I'm in my last year of my undergrad at the University of Pennsylvania in the States. I am doing an exchange at KU Leuven this semester and plan on couchsurfing to ease financial costs. I love to meet new people and understand how they think. Each of us prioritizes different value systems, and I am interested in housing and conversation!

I have backpacked 3-4 times and couchsurfed before with friends. This is my first solo account and trips. I have loved the culture of the backpacking community and have had the most intensive conversations with strangers. There is a simplicity in sharing fleeting encounters with those that are barely in your lives.
