About Me
Very active - can't stop or I will fall asleep! More at home outdoors than indoors. Competitive triathlete, hiking, wind surfing, kite boarding (just learning), cruising, snow boarding, can fix almost anything, motorcycling, USA travelling, social drinker, non-smoker. Used to surf a little, but would love to relearn and get better. Out going and enjoy meeting people of a similar ilk, but open to most outlooks. I'm a better listener than talker. Just don't make my ears bleed!
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
Hiking and camping in Hawaii this summer and need a fallback option when camping is not available. Also enjoy meeting and hanging out with interesting people. A lot of other hiking is planned for my future.

Teach, Learn, Share
Teach - High mechanical aptitude - need to fix something or figure out how something works???
Learn - anything I don't already know (that leaves a lot of territory)
Share - whatever I can spare
What I Can Share with Hosts
I can share what I have learned in my life. I had a great set of parents who instilled in me a respect for others, a strong work ethic, being responsible for my actions both good and bad, and strong morals (but I don't preach). I have started and run a successful business. As stated previously, I have a strong aptitude in making things work and am a licensed master plumber and HVAC/R contractor
