Music, Movies, and Books

MUSIC: FUNK, Reggae, Jam Bands, World Music. Fusion of all these into one powerful new music. I also like some electronic music: Dubstep!

BOOKS: I own so many books, I rarely finish one before starting another. I like personal development books and new age philosophies.

MOVIES: I don't watch many movies. I just don't make time for them. Favorites - Avatar, Star Wars, Pulp Fiction

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Bicycle tour - 1,000 miles from San Francisco to Portland!

Teach, Learn, Share

If there is one thing the traveling lifestyle has taught me, it's this: GO WITH THE FLOW. It's just easier and more effective to live in harmony with life. Easy come, easy go. Travelers' motto, yo!

I grew up punk rock so I am against the grain in many ways: against the corporations and government that structure our society in a way that leaves no space for social or environmental justice. However, I learned to accept the present moment as if I had chosen it. To say YES to what IS, no denial, no complaining. This empowers me to BE the change I want to see in the world, because I accept personal responsibility for my actions. No more victim mentality "They do it to us." We're all ONE, and it's time we start living as one.
