About Me
CURRENT MISSION
To keep doing what makes me happy and meet a ton of cool people in the process.
ABOUT ME
I've been in Beijing four years now after living in Thailand for seven. I've been on a long hiatus from Couchsurfing and am definitely looking forward to starting again.
PHILOSOPHY
I do what I do now because I find it meaningful and fulfilling and also it's just plain fun. I really feel like you should be happy with the direction you choose in life, if you're not, maybe it's time for a change!
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I'm cool with having people stay at my place for a day or two while they take in the sights of Beijing.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
Excellent so far, all the people I've hosted have been great.
Interests
Reading a good book, finding cool new music, keeping up with what's happening in the gaming world, hanging out with friends/meeting new people and experiencing new things.

Music, Movies, and Books
I love reading longer epic fantasy series, namely a Song of Fire and Ice and anything similar. I also like a good thriller, particularly legal ones (Grisham etc.) I'm a big fan of electronic music (daft punk, knife party, etc.) but I generally like most music.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Hiking up the waterfalls in Erawan National Park and coming to a perfect, tranquil blue pool with no one else around. It was like something out of a movie.
Teach, Learn, Share
I've been teaching elementary school for more than ten years now, so I could offer some advice on that, but I'd also love to learn from other peoples experiences in teaching.
Countries I’ve Visited
Cambodia, Japan, Malaysia, South Korea, Viet Nam
Countries I’ve Lived In
China, Mexico, Thailand
