I'm on my way away from consumerism, use of chemical medicine and rush stress and unhealthy life style. I'm looking for way how to get in balance with nature,  ambiente and myself.  I'm not a healthy life style freak, I do like enjoy good food and wine, I'm passionate cook, I'm enthusiastic runner ( want to run marathon one day), swimmer, as well as I like to dance and listen to music....I'm searching how to live happy life every day. Now living in italian countryside, doing bio vegetable garden, learning how to make cheese, bread, wine....Living simple life out of city.
