I'm 26 years old and working as a freelance artist. I'm currently living and creating in Los angeles with my husband, Connor, who is a photographer/videographer. We both love nature and going on adventures. Our favorite things to do together are going on hikes, exploring different areas, cooking, traveling, and watching a good movie. Why I’m on Couchsurfing

My husband and I are couchsurfing because we are traveling through Europe and are looking for a more authentic experience. We see it as a simple way to find a place to stay while also getting to know the locals and what recommendations they might have to offer. We love meeting new people from different parts of the world and sharing stories together!

Music, Movies, and Books

We love all types of music, from classical to old time folk and everything in between. My all-time favorite movie is Wizard of Oz and my husband's favorite movie is Indiana Jones. We both love to read. My favorite types of books are adventure, thrill seeking, true life stories. Such as "Into Thin Air" by John Krakauer. My husband loves to read old westerns. One of his favorite authors is Louis L'amour.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

One of the most memorable experiences I've had is sleeping under the magnificent redwood trees in Prairie Creek National Park, California. I've never been in a place more peaceful and beautiful. Being surrounded by the raw beauty of that environment is something I will never forget.

Teach, Learn, Share

I have many artistic skills that I would love to teach if given the chance. I also like to sew my own clothes and bake really good chocolate chip cookies :) My husband is a great photographer and is also very good at creating music. He would love to share his skills with someone who is interested.
We are both always looking to learn from other people and what they might have to offer.
