ABOUT ME

Hi everyone,
I think what I can say about me is that I am open-minded and reliable. I don't like being put in closed categories, I am interested in everything that's new to me, want to see the world and what's happening in it and love meeting new people in different places. I've lived in 3 different countries in Europe and even though they are quite close to each other, they are so different already that I can't wait to see how people live in other places further away from me. Also I am reliable and trustworthy. If I make a commitment, I don't drop out except for emergencies. As my friends are always late, I am always early for appointments. They say I've always been a good friend for them and I like being there for other people. If I can make other people smile, I'm happy :)

PHILOSOPHY

I try to enjoy every day of my life and be optimistic about the next one. I try to find my happiness in myself and my life by following my dreams without hurting other people or leaving them behind. I believe that noone can make me happy but myself, I don't expect anyone else to make me happy. But when I am, I share it with all those who want to share it with me. I believe in the good in people, and I am always and 100% there for my friends that I love, because if they smile, I smile :)

Interests

I spend most of my time studying Intellectual Disabilities these days. That is the field I want to work in later and make life and social conditions better for people with disabilities. Creating awareness is important to me and make my life engaging.
but what I love doing in my free time is kitesurfing! I love the sea, sun and wind, and when I can go out on the water with my kite, I forget everything around me. It's my passion! But the social aspect of it is important to me too, I try and spend as much time with my friends as I can, and even if I don't see them that often, we manage to keep friendship alive being miles away from each other.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

The first time I travelled to Istanbul, I was absolutely amazed by this city and still am. It's hard for me to pick one moment, this whole place just blew my mind: the clash of cultures there makes the city so lively, colourful and diverse. And the fact that it is built on old historical cities makes it magic.
Another moment I will never forget was the sunrise boat cruise on the river Ganges in Varanasi in India. Amazing place, so chaotic but when the sun rises and enlights all the beautifil colours of the city, when people do their daily bathing rituals in the river, everything falls into place.
