I make Children's books for a living, both writing and illustrating them.
I live near Bristol in the UK, in a creative arty town called Frome.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I love to meet people from different places and learn about their way of life. I am very active and love exploring new places. I used to be all about the open wilds and getting back to nature, but now I'm really getting into cities and finding the cool things that humans have made.
I think couchsurfing allows you to understand what a place is really like to live in. It is so much more heart-warming to stay with local people, and you can more fully connect with a place.
I used to couchsurf as a couple with my ex, and have recently started to travel solo again, especially for work trips to meet people across Europe who make Children's Books.
