Resumen
Sobre mí
Hello hello! My name is Tessa, I’m 29, and kicking off a travel season to round out this decade and prep for the next :) I'm trying out the digital nomad thing to feel out a new city for a more long-term move - and simply to meet some friends and make some memories along the way.
I work remotely at St. Jude doing global health work, specifically around sickle cell disease, which I can talk your ear off about. I love live music, art events, practicing yoga, volunteering, and pretty much anything outside. I also studied political theory and bioethics, so big into philosophizing and trying to do some good (albeit usually chaotic) in this crazy life. Similar to probably a lot of folks here, I also love to travel and explore new cultures - currently at 23 countries / 5 continents visited and 3 countries across 3 continents that have been called “home” at one point or another.
I like to explore new spots and break up the work week by going to cafes / coworking spaces often, so will be out of your hair most of the day. I am really conscious of respecting shared spaces and am happy to contribute to house chores / routines. I’ve also had many different shared housing set ups and am down to hangout or keep to myself, depending on what feels natural and the house preference.
I hope to cross paths soon! Best wishes <3
