We love travel, history, being outdoors and socialising with family and special friends. We love trying new restuarants and exciting cuisines. We also both love cooking and experimenting with new dishes at home.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Finding a tiny embroidery shop with the most amazing embroidery as a sanctuary from the pouring rain high in the mountains of Vietnam.
Standing on the Great Wall of China and thinking "We are actually on the Great Wall!"
Waking up and looking over the rooftops of Rome on our honeymoon - so magical

Teach, Learn, Share

Its not easy getting around in Johannesburg so if you are heading in this direction see if you can arrange transport from the airport to where you are staying. The new Gautrain from the airport is great but once again transport from the stations is not always easy to find.
