Trois passions, simple mais extrêmement important: la nostalgie de l'amour, la recherche du savoir, et la pitié insupportable pour les souffrances de l'humanité.
I am a video journalist. I enjoy being honest, discussing politics, economics, and sociology theories, making people laugh and occasionally destroying your flower garden even if you don't have one.

I am of mixed heritage. Filipino-American, which I was raised as, and Italian American. I am first an American but I take pride in having some knowledge, even though it is small about my ancestry. Here are two traditional dances from the Philippines where my mother is from and Sicily, where my great grandfather is from.

Same dance, blindfolded and twice as fast as the last one: http://www.youtube.com/user/kapwacultural#p/u/3/7rsd8UyoAjc

Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
Hosted and surfed. I plan to meet more surfers from my lovely city of Chicago :)
In these times, it can be difficult to believe there are good people in this world. Couchsurfing is a reminder that there are in fact good people walking amongst us everyday. CS will save your life! When you cannot travel let the world come to you as they say. In both my travels and befriending surfers I've met people from or living in: Belarus, Malaysia, Colombia, Espagne, Italia, France, Venezuela, Czech Republic, Mexico, Tunisia, Germany, Canada, the United States, England, Iceland, and Quebec. Viva il mondo bellissimo!!!!
Photographing, being on the radio, globalization, vino, politics, recording train noise, loud boisterous laughter, multi-culturalism, linguistics, and sports.

What is the point of giving away too much information when it is more fun to guess?
