About Me

CURRENT MISSION

I decided to get myself to Europe to pursue my dance mission, to be independant, and to experience a different way of life, and many interesting creatively-minded people. and for fun adventures of course..

ABOUT ME

oh, I hate this part.. I'm definitely calm and collected, open-minded, I like to laugh, I like to eat, I like to dance, I smile quite alot, I think I'm relatively normal...

PHILOSOPHY

its all about good feelings. life is about good feelings
its certainly far too short for bad ones.

I'm learning more and more about this as I get older. Its essential that people are passionate about something..its something to get you out of bed in the morning..something to smile about..something you're excited to talk about..
i say, just be a good person..don't have hang-ups..don't settle for anything that doesn't make you happy.

music is a soundtrack to life..i always put on music to see if it fits with certain situations..music has the ability to affect your mood almost instantly..it can make your break your day. its true.

I also think a quality life is a life where you are content with being alone, and with good company. While travelling you realise how hard it can be to really make connections with people, so you really appreciate it when you hit-it-off with someone you meet straight away. Laughter is the best tonic. Always appreciate what you have. Always put things into perspective. Live, learn and love. Mums rule. Amen.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I discovered couchsurf after I left New Zealand in 2009. What a life-saver. Its really altered my perception on travelling. At this time I am still trying to settle myself into Brussels, and I am yet to have a room of my very own...but when that day comes I will more than happily be a host to fellow travellers!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Its been amazing so far, and Ive not just had wonderful hosts but Ive also made some super wonderful friends I will never forget!
I bow my head to this invention!
Actually, In Vienna I lost the keys to the place I was staying (I still don't know how)....and if not for couchsurf it would have been some seriously uncomfortable park-benches!

Interests

travel..I suppose that goes without saying though really.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I'm trying to think of the perfect answer..and I'm trying hard not to just put the david bowie concert. Too late.

Teach, Learn, Share

I think I have to meet you first, but I think everybody has something to teach others..whether its how to do the running-man or all about your country and your culture. I really like to hear about about different cultures experiences of growing up..as well as music, films, books that are significant to different countries. There is so much to learn from everyone..this is why we'd most probably need to meet first..

Countries I’ve Visited

Australia, Austria, Belgium, China, France, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, Spain, United Kingdom

Countries I’ve Lived In

Belgium, New Zealand
