CURRENT MISSION:
explore the world and my place in it

I have travelled to 28 countries around Europe and northeast Africa and do my bests to see the others 164!
From September till the end of January I will do my one-semester-exchange at Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań! I have already been studying as exchange student at Vilnius University and at Journalism summer school of Stockholm School of Economics in Riga.

Ordinary things I like in no particular order: Books, Bars, Blooming, Berries, Brains, Alliteration.
I believe in the motto ‘Never underestimate the power of your mind to change your destiny’.

Por qué estoy en Couchsurfing

I like communicating with people from different cultures and nationalities as much as i love travelling. Couchsurfing is a great way to find friends abroad. Also i think Couchsurfing is a wonderful opportunity for self-development.
I enjoy traveling, I like to meet and getting know people all around the globe, it's making you open-minded and erases all boundaries of perception of familiar things. I do really love to discover someone's brain and the way how somebody is see this world and things that happening in our lives. In my opinion we can discover and truly understand ourselves only through discovering and understanding others.

All of it can keep me engaged all day and all night. Another few things is science talks (TEDx), my profession (that relates to discovering and getting know others as well) and books.
The important human qualities: it is not difficult to guess that in some of the first positions for me is education and savvy, that makes me interested in a person an wondering to puzzle out someone's mind without feeling I am losing my time senselessly. Another thing I like, is when the person is strongly know what do she or he want from their live or from people around them. I do like minimalist and persons who is easy-going to everything, open-minded and have their own opinion. I really appreciate when a person knows his/her own worth, but does not overestimate him/herself.
But anyway, it is really hard to formalize what we like in people. Words are a too poor tool to describe personal qualities and our feelings about someone. So, Couchsurfing is the best place to meet new people and enjoy the time together ♥

Música, películas y libros

Books: Daniel Keyes 'Flowers for Algernon', Huxley Aldous - Brave New World, Chuck Palahniuk 'Fight Club', 'Fahrenheit 451' by Ray Bradbury, Ira levin 'This perfect day', George Orwell '1984'. As you can notice, I am in love with utopian and dystopian fiction genre! I adore good books and movies with interesting plot, story and style of narration. Something that you can't take out of your mind for a kind time after watching or reading it, and it's makes you think, reflect, ponder, ruminate and analyze. And I really getting crazy when I feel the same effect after a good conversation with someone I met, someone really intelligent, well-educated, interesting and pleasant interlocutor. ♥

Unfortunately, from 29th of September I will live in student dirmitory in Poznan, so i won't have an opportunity to host :( But i am always up to show Poznan in my spare time, tell a great stories from my experience and listen yours! ♥
