First of all, I really love sports.
My favorite sports are running🏃,yoga, Nordic walking, cycling🚴, tennis,🎾 skating,⛸️ darts🎯, long-distance swimming, 🏊and I hate passive recreation. 🛌 I love playing chess,♟️ bowling,🎳 and going to the research mountains and running there if I feel like it.
I also like motobyke 🏍️and Hitchhiking.🚛
My body can withstand very high temperatures 🔥🔥up to 50 degrees Celsius. I can't stand the cold, but I can't stand it. I'm always cold.🥶🥶 I've also been cross-stitching, beading, weaving, crocheting, and knitting since I was 13, and making straw crafts. I really love cooking delicious dishes and especially baking cakes or 🍪

I remember In 2018, when I was just running at the stadium, a man (coach) approached me who was supposed to take part in the competition in Kyiv and suggested that I take part in the Nordic Walking. They had a force majeure: the girl who was supposed to participate was replaced as the host, she had already been registered for these competitions as a participant in the 18-28 category. These were World competitions, in which the founder Marko Kantaneva himself participated. Before that, I had never held poles in my hands, because I don't like walking🥢, so I had to learn. I was 35 years old and I took part in this category and took 1st 🥇 place🤗🤗🤗🦵🦵. I can't express how much adrenaline and positive mood I got. After that, I seriously took up Nordic walking, combining it with running. I even managed to walk 5, and he was more🔥🔥🔥 kilometers in the morning before work. (I described my whole life on my Facebook page).Since my grandfather is Korean and he slept very little, until 5 am, I imitated this from him, so I had time for sports❤️❤️❤️. There are many more interesting stories from my life. I am very open to communication when I am in the mood (this is the main thing)
