About Me
Hi!
My name is Teun (outside in the Netherlands it will be Toni or T) and i am a crazy big fan of traveling, people, nature and health. I live in a nice old house in the center of amsterdam, with my lovely girlfriend Dani, who is from Brazil.
I grew up in Italy and Amsterdam, where both my parents worked as artists. Every weekend we got out of the busy city and went up to our little hut in the nature. This is were my love for the beauty of (really any kind of) nature grew more and more. Every moment when my parents werent working, we went traveling. Mostly to Norway, Sweden, France and Italy, to hike and camp in the mountains.
Since i grow older, I started to travel myself, mostly towards the mountains, hitchhiking a long the way and camping in the wild. Paying for a night of sleep, is something i rarely try to do. One, because of the challenge that arrives and the people you meet, second, because of the easyness of traveling at low costs.
Over the years, i always opened my house for friends and people looking for a place in Amsterdam.
As for now, i share a lovely house in the Center of Amsterdam, where i have a spare room for visiting people.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I am currently traveling towards Canada, for the first time in my life. I would love to meet some fellow travelers or nice local people, that have similar interesses.
Since most places are extremely pricy, i reopened my Couchsuring account, in hope i can find an affordable place, for a day or two, in Nelson, British Columbia.
Interests
I have been sportive all my life, and i have met a sport or activitie that i dont like.
Outside of sports and active stuff, i love health. Breathwork, meditation and healthy food.
I also love to listen to all kinds of music.
One of the things i like to do most is having a conversation with someone likeminded about literally anything.
