ABOUT ME

My name is Carolyn. My cousin Crystal and I are travel companions. We backpacked Europe this last summer and in between strikes and hitch hiking we were told about Couch Surfing. The rest is history. :)
We are students. I am a senior and 20 at Baylor University studying Journalism/Public Relations. My cousin is 21. She graduated from Texas ATM University and is in her first semester at The University of Houston getting her PHD in Chemistry.

We are both easy going and outgoing and LOVE new experiences. We are hoping to see countries and cities the way the REAL people live, everyday, as well as fit in some of the touristy stuff.

We are pretty flexible and eager to learn. We always try to be positive and considerate.

CouchSurfing is so wonderful! The people we have met continue to absolutely amaze us with their hospitality and kindess!
I never want to travel any other way. I love getting to experience the true culture of the cities we are visiting.

Interests

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

This is our second time to Europe.

We have seen the busy streets of London, the mesmerizing fortunes of StoneHenge, exotic palace of Versille, the twinkle of the Eiffel Tower just at sunset. We have travelled by boat and by farry, far and wide.

I have seen the beaches of Hawii and seen the tides of Canada.
We have been to the coasts of California and the tip of Main.

Our second Europe trip took us to 14 more countries and exposed us to so many unbelieveable places. We hope to have more memories and may they be made up of the people we meet along the way.
