Everything has a beginning and an end, make the most of the in between, while enjoying being in the moment. We are all connected somehow and we're constantly striving to regain our connectedness in various ways. Life is like a game of joining the dots.

I listen to just about anything, although I have a preference to soul, funk, jazz..and their various reinventions
I don't read a lot, but anything I do is usually a personal development book. I do listen to audio books though.

I am still amazed by my two boys. It's a wonder to watch them grow.
