About Me
Hi! We’re Tony and Volha — a married couple currently living in Portugal and working remotely while exploring the world together.
I’m an English teacher and marketing/IT specialist, and my wife works remotely as a digital designer. We’ve been living the digital nomad lifestyle for seven years, balancing work with discovering new cultures.
We’re curious, open-minded, and genuinely enjoy meaningful conversations with people from different backgrounds. We’re not party travelers — we prefer long walks, good food, board games, deep talks, and learning how locals really live.
Travel for us is not about “checking countries off a list,” but about connection.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
For us, Couchsurfing is about cultural exchange — not free accommodation.
Some of our best travel memories come from evenings spent cooking together, sharing stories, or learning about everyday life in a new place.
We’d love to:
• share meals
• exchange languages
• play board games
• explore your city together (if you’re free)
• learn something new from you
And of course, we fully respect your home, your time, and your rules.

Music, Movies, and Books
I have 500 different songs in my playlist from all genres and I watch 200 movies a year and read a lot of books. So it's hard for me to choose my favorites.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
We built a life where we can work from anywhere and explore different cultures together. Moving countries multiple times taught us flexibility, gratitude, and respect for different ways of living.
Teach, Learn, Share
We can share:
• Cooking (we can cook Ukrainian/Belorussian dishes or something international)
• English / Russian / Ukrainian practice
• Marketing & business ideas
• Photography tips
• Tech help if needed
• Travel stories (we’ve lived in 8+ countries)
What I Can Share with Hosts
We’d love to learn from you:
• Your local traditions
• Your favorite local food spots
• A few words in your language
• How daily life really feels in your city
