I'm an Indonesian who currently study in Edinburgh. Living in the city with a big number of international community is fascinate me as I always filled with big curiosity about how people live in the other part of the world.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

My first encounter with CS was six years ago and get a long hiatus on the community as I shifted my focus on some social movement activities.
But in the very beginning I joined CS because the idea of mingle with new people in the first meeting is very intriguing. My first experience with CS was exhilarating, hence as I got relatively more time nowaday I love to back on the community

Music, Movies, and Books

Any kind of music just do good for me, but if I have to choose one it will be The Corrs. I love the musician who know their strength and consistently exploring it.

On Movies I enjoy the mixture of tense, deep conversation, uncliche plot, and a touch of history. Gangs of New York is one of the best in its standard.

While for the book, Murakami is on the top of the list. Compelling and full of twist made it a delicate piece of writing

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I got a chance to teach a primary school for one year in a remote island in Maluku. It's truly enriching and life changing indeed.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I like to get things in order, hence I wont make some mess in the host's place. Beside of that I also love to make Asian Food so I can contribute for lunch or dinner too. I have some Indonesian souvenir that I bring along with me as I love to introduce my country's story to pretty much everyone
