Hi there! I was born in Cuba and moved to Chile with my parents when I was 10 years old.
I love dancing, eat new and exotic food and share life stories with people.
If I had to say a goal of life I would say I aim to be as happy as you can be, and let the small things behind. Only care about love, family and knowledge.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I would like to make a radical change in my life.
Up until now I´ve just follow the typical things expected of me, like studying a good career, get a good job, get a house, etc...
And I grew tired of it all!
I wish to emprove my quality of life, not financially in a specific way, but I want to know more people, dance to more music, eat new food, gain perspective and insight, grow as a person not only as a professional.
Don´t get me wrong, I love what I do, LOVE being a dentist and puting a smile in people´s faces, but I need more out of life than just work.

Music, Movies, and Books

Music-wise I really like to dance so I tend to listen to up beat music (pop /cheerful country-if there is such a thing hahaha-/latin music like salsa) , but most of the time I listen to the "chill hits" list on spotify.
I also like Red hot Chilli peppers, A great big World, Of Monsters and Men and many others specific great bands.

I define myself as a movie-adict person, it fills me with joy to watch a good movie, mostly chic flicks but also the whole sci-fi dimention including marvel´s universe entire repertoire (guilty!)

As long as books, I remember a version of me that read a lot, but since I studied dentistry most of the things in my "to read" list became scientific papers and I must admit I lost the joy of reading.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I have co-funded a dental company dedicated to provide home dental care for people with disabilities or just trouble going to a regular dental office.
I am very proud of that, but it requires a lot of investment and since I am not a wealthy person is currently on standby.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I have a bubbly personality most of the times, a very latin-cuban-thing.
I have a very unique perspective and view of the world and think that I can provide a nice time (conversationally speaking)
I also can cook very well, not a chef but my mom taught me to make tasty cuban dishes.
