I love to move! Dance, work, run, bike, martial arts, massage, yoga. I believe in optimism. I have been pretty self centered. I figure by developing myself I can improve the world.

PHILOSOPHY

I aspire to contentment, which I imagine as a kind of middle of the road balance of good and bad, pleasure and pain. I think of happiness as a significant but transient state to be appreciated but not expected. And at all times to express Love and Gratitude in any way we can!

I saw a Moose with my uncle in the woods of Vermont, it was startling, it was big, it was a young buck and it bounded off into the woods and disappeared.

I recently saw a nearly full moon rising from my balcony in the courtyard of local royalty in Ubud, Bali. It was sublimely amazing, with temples in the background and deep ephemeral shadows outlining houses and trees as insects hummed through the thick humid air..
