FIRST STEP DONE: Just took next semester off from Uni so I can work and save some money and then start my backpacking journey. I have no plans about where to go, let’s see how it goes in a few months! || Born and raised in Brazil. Moved to Portugal for college and then moved again to England for Uni. Just started to be passionate about travelling solo recently. I love wandering around, with no plans and just following my instincts. I have a big interest in Psychology and I’m getting a degree in Crime and Investigative Studies. I love going out for a drink and getting to know as many nice people as I possibly can. Going to gigs and music festivals are one of my favourite things to do. I also have a huge interest in photography and learning something new about different cultures (including all about their cuisine obvs eheh). I don’t care if I’m working or studying, life is not going to wait for me. So I live my life like there is no tomorrow and I assure you that I don’t have any regrets. The only way I feel home is whenever I’m heading to a new place and having different experiences. Life is happening right now and we should not waste it, fck whatever society has planned for us. As long as it ignites the fire in my soul, I’ll be down for somenew adventures.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Is the best way to travel around and get to know people. Which is one of the things I was always “scared” of. I like the idea of traveling solo now but I’d love to share moments with someone at every place I go, making friends throughout the world.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Moved from Brazil to Portugal by myself when I was 16. I’ve put behind my back my fear of being abroad alone and moved to England a year ago, and I’ve started to go on solo travels in the past months (which was something I was always scared of). Nowadays I think it was the best decision I’ve ever made in my life.

Teach, Learn, Share

Teach how to cook some typical Brazilian food and some cocktails. Teach Portuguese and English. I want to learn anything related to food/music/languages. And I can share all I’ve been learning and personally developing since I’ve moved by myself (and trust me, my life is a book of cliches and unexpected weird situations).
