My husband Ben and I live in a small house in the Syracuse suburbs. We love traveling, good food and drink, mountain biking, hiking, and hot springs. He’s from Puerto Rico so we visit frequently and we keep finding ourselves going back to Japan and Italy.
I personally love learning languages and am always up for learning any bits of a language anyone wants to share.

I have hosted some surfers at my place and I love meeting other surfers when I'm traveling and I’ve honestly met some truly awesome people through Couchsurfing.

I read a fair bit and I'll watch any movie someone recommends. My music preferences vary significantly based on moods and activities.

I love learning new languages and have been studying Spanish, Japanese, and Italian on and off for awhile now so I’d be delighted to practice and happy to help any English learners!

I enjoy cooking and learning to cook new things so I’m happy to cook or learn!
I enjoy gardening and have a fair amount of personal experience with it so I’m happy to help with garden related things or just share my experiences.
I’ve renewed my interest in knitting recently and I’m not very experienced compared to others but I can successfully make back socks, hats, and other accessories, so I’m happy to share my basic knowledge or learn from an intermediate/advanced knitter!
