I'm a journalist from Brazil and I moved to the US to work as an au pair. This was one of the most amazing decisions that I could ever have about my life.

I'm about to complete a year here and I'm ready to my second year, with more trips and new places to visit!

Unfortunately I cannot host anyone because I don't live in my own house. When I was in Brazil I used to do that and I didn't even know that the name was "couch surfing". The greatest experience was with a girl from Germany and she is like family - she always says that my parents are her Brazilian parents. Amazing opportunity to see different culture.
