I love rock shows, great adventures, random conversations, perfect (and not very perfect) drinking spots and the Balkans, hah!

Until recently, I have used CS as a surfer and traveller only. And now, when I finally managed to settle down, I'm happy to start hosting as well in my new home - Izmir. I got incredible experiences as a surfer and I'm truly grateful for every beautiful soul I met on CS, I hope all these can inspire me to become a great host for you.

我为什么加入 Couchsurfing

I had so many great experiences with couchsurfing so far.
I feel like it's the most authentic way to explore any country by meeting local people, getting to know them, their everyday life, their views on what's going on in their country and in the world. You don't get this kind of experience with travel agencies and hotels.
And then a new friend and sometimes a travel buddy is a great bonus, right ?

Music: I prefer different subgenres of rock and metal, especially the 90s era. A huge fan of Oasis, Metallica, Tool, The Prodigy, NIN, Beastie Boys, Alice in Chains, Type O Negative, Depeche Mode, Massive Attack, the Cure, Nick Cave, Pantera, Led Zeppelin, Apocalyptica etc etc.
Favourite Ukrainian bands: Stoned Jesus, Motanka, Dakh Daughters, DakhaBrakha, Go_A.

As long as it's good music, I'm very open to discover new music for me of pretty much any genre. And actually I had some great music discoveries thanks to people I met here.

Books: I mostly read detective novels and thrillers

Movies: Don't have any specific preferences when it comes to movies

I can teach you how to fold origami cranes and not only cranes. If I feel like, I'll also make you a bracelet. Always up for a language exchange, a native Russian/Ukrainian/Vietnamese speaker here!

If you love cooking, we can definitely cook smth together. I wouldn't say I'm really keen on that, but I also know that nobody has ever been poisoned because of my food haha and hey I can make delicious pancakes!
