ABOUT ME

Hi! I'm Tharaka, I'm a 23 year old Photographer from Melbourne, Australia. I LOVE food, photography, and travelling, not necesarily in that order.

So far I've been to Buenos Aires, southern Brazil and Tokyo. This coming October my sister and I are travelling to Europe, and I can't wait!

This will be my first foray into the world of couchsurfing, so be gentle!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have heard so much about couchsurfing from my sister, who couchsurfed her way through Japan last year.
It sounds like an amazing way to get to know a city, to turn up in a random town, but already have a native friend who wants to share their city with you.

I am something of a photography nerd, so photography is on the list. Cars, music (all types, but trance especially), design, food.

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

When I saw Iguazu falls it was the biggest most insane thing I'd ever seen, I took so many photos, but it was something that photos couldn't capture. I remember thinking, there will be no way to fully express to my friends at home what this was like.
