I love travelling and want to do it, whenever it is possible. I think it is important to be open minded and get to know different cultures and people. That way you will have a wide perspective on life :D

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

As I said earlier, I think it is a great thing to get to know as many different people and cultures as possible. Visiting different places as a tourist is quite different, than actually getting to know the people who stay at the places! With couchsurfing you get another experience, and you get to see stuff that would have not been possible if you were not staying with a host. Also I just love meeting new people in general, and couchsurfing is also a great way to get to know new people!
I have only done it once when I was in Gothenburg, because I heard about this quite late. But I hope I get a lot of couchsurfing experience!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

A great experience of mine happened in my gap year. I stayed in India for 3 months, where I was volounteering! I was staying at an ashram first, and then later when I worked at a blind school, I stayed with a host family.
I stayed in Madurai, South India, most of the time, and in the last 2 weeks I travelled to North India where I visited, Goa, Mumbai, Delhi and Agra.
