I'm a 24-year-old student from Oslo in Norway. I'm currently studying Bachelor of Informatics in NTNU in Trondheim. I work as a student assistent at NTNU and also in a nursing home as a part-time job.

I'm an optimistic person, looking for the best life has to offer - not necessarily greatness, but experiences to feel attached to everything around me. I started to get interested in traveling at a young age, after visiting my home country, Sri Lanka. Different nature, wildlife, people and cultures caught my attention.

My friends would describe me as easy going, helpful, supportive and un poco loco with my odd sense of humor.

HOW I'D LIKE TO PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I love the consept of Couchsurfing! I want to participate as a good example to overwin prejudice and ignorence against different cultures and contribute with positive energy and vibes to the Couchsurfing community.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

My three friends and I did some Couchsurfing this summer. We had a lot of fun and met so many different and fun people through Couchsurfing. It was truly an amazing experience and I would definitely recommend it to everyone!

- Listening to music, going to concerts and festivals.
- Traveling around the world and learn about new cultures (especially food) and meet new people.
- Being active: Sports (football, volleyball, etc) and fitness in general.

I listen to almost any kind of music, but I prefer EDM (progressive, tropical, future bass etc.), hip-hop/rap and new pop music. I also produce music in my spare time.

I love to watch movies and TV-series, when I want to relax. Crime/thriller/mystery is definitely my favorite genre, but I also like other genres like comedy, animation and horror. Some of my favorite films are Seven, Memento, Vacancy, Saw, The Dark Knight, Superbad, Gladiator, Halloween. My favorite series are Dexter, Prison Break and Breaking Bad. I also like Black Mirror, Westworld, Fargo, Daredevil, Silicon Valley and Stranger Things.
