Aloha, We are Lea and Andre! Together since August 2012, married since August 2015 and parents to two little boys since May 2020 and July 2022.

We moved to Mönchengladbach in November 2015, before that we lived in our hometown Viersen. M'gladbach is a great city, there's a lot going on. Clubbing, pub crawls, concerts, shopping, football.. Of course we'd love to show you around!
We already knew this place quite well before we moved here but we keep exploring. We're very happy we found an apartment right in the city centre so all the bars, restaurants and pubs are very close! (:

Something about us.. Lea's passion for travelling quickly caught Andre; first we travelled all over Germany to go to different concerts, then we continued with trips abroad.
We share the same taste in music, good food (even though Lea is a vegetarian and Andre isn't!), lifestyle, movies, and almost everything else!
Sept. - Dec. 2014 we travelled through South America together. Loved the jungle, beaches, food, old cultures and ruins, and tried to improve our Spanish - más o menos successful (; In Peru at Machu Picchu Andre proposed to Lea (:

We will take you to our favourite pubs and bars if you like! We also love to go to the stadium and watch Borussia Mönchengladbach play. Also we're pretty good cooks, could teach you some phrases of the German language (or any other language that Lea speaks), and we would like to learn about you, your language and your country.

We love to show our kids the world and teach them about different countries, cultures and lifestyles. After couchsurfing solo and as a couple for over a decade it’s amazing and exciting to couchsurf and host as a family. Thanks to our hosts and surfers we hope our kids will grow up to be open-minded, independent, caring, and passionate humans.
