ABOUT ME

I moved to Billings, MT to go to college, completed college, moved back in with folks while looking for a job, got a job in Billings, MT, moved back to Billings and now here I am. I became a Christian my freshman year in college and have since then become a follower of the Calvinist theology. I currently work for a pre-release halfway house that provides rehabilitation and assistance to people who have recently finished their prison sentence or are very close to finishing. The majority of my spare time is spent working on my masters in forensic psychology (four classes left baby). After I finish my masters I am hoping for a job as a probation officer. After I finish my masters, I am also looking forward to picking up the didgeridoo again, reading several books on my list and learning a second language. Anything else you wanna know, just ask; I enjoy a good conversation

PHILOSOPHY

God put me on this earth to serve convicts, friends and family. Relationships are the only thing in this world really worth investing in.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Mainly, my roommate John Atwood hosts couch surfers and sometimes I help host them. Mostly I intend to use this network for traveling.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have enjoyed the several different kinds of people that my roommate and I have hosted; meeting people from a couple of girls from Balize that visited Montana during the coldest time of the year, a band from New York to a Golfer from Cananda and his wife. Good times all around.

Intereses

Criminal behavior, apologetics, didgeridoo, shooting, music, movies, pool, books (especially graphic novels and Saxon tales by Bernard Cornwell) and working out. I also have a collection of movies and shows on dvd. I have about 100 movies and the shows that I have are the tudors, battlstar galactica, pinky and the brain (all volumes), 3rd rock from the sun, Freakazoid, and Black Lagoon.

Movies: Comic book movies (except wolverine orgins), James Bond and the like, and comedies. Music: jazz, smashing pumpkins, rolling stones, nickel creek, the rat pack (Frank sinantra and the crew) violin and so on. Books: The portarit of Dorian Grey, books by Paul Ekman, the Saxon chronicles and Agincourt by Bernard Cornwell and several others including Sherlocke Holmes, child 44 and Helter Skelter.

I hanged out with a Irish folk band after their set until 2am in Butte, MT during the National folk festival.
