I`m a world traveller, and have been on the road the past 6 years teaching mindfulness and quantum flow as well as dance. I love to explore different cultures, new places, good food and meet people, but I equally need my alone time and quietness. It´s all about the yin and yang.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I hosted a couple of people in Berlin and Vienna, made new friends through couchsurfing and also give out underground infos about the cities I live in, best tipps on places in Asia I spent a lot of time at and generelly music, helath tipps etc. :)

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I stayed several times at friends places in different countries and hosted travelling people and CSer in my flat in Barcelona, Berlin and Vienna.

I was teaching youngsters at the age of 13 - 15 years in art and multimedia and finding their potential. I kind of do the same for adults in coaching now. I was into grafic design and web design workshops for some time, then went for 6 years into personal development and travelling, and am slowly coming back out of it, now enjoying cooking delicious vegi meals.

What I Can Share with Hosts

Cook vegan meals together, do some Kung Fu, engage in mindful conversations, and plentiful stories about wonderful places I visited.
