- Taped my brother's wedding invitation to the front of my motorcycle and drove my suit across the US. (Bonus: got out of 3 traffic tickets along the way!)
- Emptied an entire bank account for the victims of Haiti.
- Discovered how to be truly honest with, and love, myself. This was a good one. :)

To my reader: Ideas are made by masters, dogmas by disciples, and the Buddha is always killed on the road. Let's never forget our travels that have gotten us to Here. How many starry/starless skies have you peered into? Were you looking for a message among the lights? Were your thoughts so deep into the ground that the sky was merely a useful tool for reading? Did you ever expect to look up and see a reflection, instead of looking back down?

Remember these long taxi rides of the soul - no tendered fare expect for the transaction that takes place over Could Have Been, and the cabby owns his own wheels to boot. Like the shoes of a traveler, your eyes have a calloused sole. There are landscapes in which we feel above us not sky but space. Something larger, deeper than sky is sensed, is seen, although in such settings the sky is invariably immense. There is a place between the cerebrum and the stars where sky stops and space commences, and should we find ourselves on a particular prairie or mountaintop at a particular hour; it is then our relationship with sky thins and loosens while our connection with space becomes as solid as bone.

That space, the seeming vastness, like the ocean. Nurturer against every paradox. Love. Yes. Love. The colors by which all of our Bob Ross moments have been dotted with unforgettable sunsets, quixotic characters of people and plant and animal, and those "happy little clouds" flitting about without a care in the world. I'd like to find the man whose idea it was to love a woman and shake his hand. I am You are We.
