PHILOSOPHY

Carpe diem. What can sum up my lifestyle more than "seize the day?" If there's one thing I learned from the death of my godfather in 2001, it's that you never know when your number's up. Therefore, I live my life as if each day were my last, barely looking to the future because the important thing is the here and now.

Music, Movies, and Books

Although I'm primarily a metalhead, as the long hair would attest, I do enjoy many different styles of music, ranging from folk to funk to rock to reggae...whatever I feel like listening to at any given point. I used to read alot, but nowadays newer authors don't interest me...too many people telling the same story a different way. I prefer classic works of fiction, and nonfiction. Anything that takes me over a day to read through is a bonus.
