I'm grew up in the sub-tropical hills of Byron Bay, Australia, but actually all I want for Christmas is to see snow for the first time. I'm passionate about environmental justice, community building, interesting conversation and great wine. I enjoy spontaneous adventures, eating local delicacies, discovering the best nightlife around the world, and playing the violin. Musica, film e libri

Had a classical music training for piano and the violin, played in a few gypsy/latin/funk ensembles over the years and have moved into techno/acid/afro-beat/ in the last few years.

I arrived in Cuba the same day as Fidel Castro's death and got to attend his public funeral, before spending 6 weeks studying permaculture and urban food growing around the island!
