Im a natural movement trainer of 6 years. Its the kind of modality that allows Connor Mcgregor the dominate the UFC at this point. I set out to learn more about biomechanics to solve some of the issues i was facing when i first started doing Parkour. I found a lot of discrepancies between what i was being taught or read in well respected journals and how applying that info was affecting my body.
Now that I've broken out of the matrix I've been traveling up and down the west coast teaching workshops and bootcamps to pass that knowledge along. Its about being you own trainer and taking self care into your own hands.

Painting is my first love, and thats translated into a bit of illustration and graphic design since I've been on the road.

Love animals , especially dogs ( i don't know any cats that will hike this you)so thats never a problem

Action /fantasy full throttle stuff but hey if your in the right mood 'The tree of life' is really thoughtful. i try to find the best indie movies for the year to and check those out.
